Mona Khairi joined GenWealth Financial Advisors in January 2013 as the Director of Compliance. She earned her bachelor’s in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Prior to joining the GenWealth team, Mona gained 22 years of experience in Operations and Compliance from major international financial firms. So far as registrations go, she holds a Series 7, 63, 24, 9 and 10 with LPL Financial, and 65 with GenWealth Financial Advisors.
Mona leverages her vast experience as the Director of Compliance to oversee all GenWealth offices as the OSJ Delegate. Mona’s primary duties are to make certain that all GenWealth offices run smoothly and efficiently, which will ensure that each client receives the highest standard of the GenWealth experience from our advisors and support team.
Mona and her husband AJ reside in Little Rock with their two children, Summer and Ramsey. She enjoys music, traveling, and spending time with family. Because she is so lovable, we wanted to write a quip about one of her many endearing qualities, but Mona prefers to sound strictly professional on our website. Oh, if you only knew the real Mona!
