First Impressions Specialist

Bryant, Arkansas

Position Summary

A role responsible for providing a professional experience to clients and guests by proactively maintaining the flow and efficiency of guest visits and appointments entering GenWealth.

Position Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a willingness to serve the GenWealth team for the greater good operating by the GenWealth Standards
  • Greet guests and clients professionally and warmly. Maintain cleanliness in all client facing areas and the kitchen
  • Timely and effective communication with GenWealth at large especially the administrative team
  • Provide support by answering incoming phone calls for various offices directing calls to appropriate team members
  • Schedule, prepare, and confirm appointments as required
  • Proactively maintain a strong knowledge of industry and company systems
  • Document calls and mange workflows in Redtail and scan/upload new and existing client files
  • Sort, distribute, package and/or send out mail in a timely manner
  • Perform various clerical functions and data entry
  • Assess inventory, and restock office supplies for your assigned location
  • Run errands as needed

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and iterpersonal communication skills with clients and team members
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, consistent performance of tasks with a detail-oriented work ethic
  • Excel working within a team on group projects and enjoy interaction with others
  • Adept in numbers and financial concepts
  • Actively look for ways to help clients and team members
  • Coachable and regularly self-assess performance to make improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Capable of learning industry-specific software

Education Requirements

Client Service Specialist Plus

Hot Springs, Arkansas

Position Summary

A hybrid role that is responsible for providing a professional experience to clients and guests.

Position Responsibilities

• Client Service Specialist
o Demonstrate a willingness to serve the GenWealth team for the greater good operating by the GW Standards
o Timely and effective communication with clients, advisors, and Pod
o Prepare and process paperwork for new and existing business
o Provide turnkey support and monitoring until each plan is fully implemented
o Provide excellent support and assistance to advisors and clients
o Answer service calls from clients and assist them with transactions or questions
o Schedule, prepare, and follow-up on annual reviews and confirm appointments as required

Financial Advisor

Bossier City, Louisiana Office

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing financial planning and investment management to new and existing clients by working with Executive and Associate Advisors.

Position Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new clients through personal connections and networking
• Meet with clients and make financial plans and investment recommendations in their best interest
• Utilize and operate within GenWealth’s strategy
• Demonstrate a willingness to serve the team for the greater good
• Timely and effective communication with the Client Service Specialist (CSS) team
• Serve as the lead relationship manager with clients who fit our target market: near retirement or over $250,000 in investable assets
• Assist Executive Advisor with cases as needed
• If applicable, train and oversee the work of an Associate Advisor with accumulator clients
• Demonstrate the ability to confidently lead meetings with clients and consistently close business
• Meet the production threshold minimum of $250,000 in Gross Dealer Commission (GDC)
