Lana was born in Little Rock and raised by a hard-working single mother, to whom she attributes her strong work ethic and love for serving others. After high school, she began her first full-time job at the front desk of a local government office and attended college courses in the evenings.
Over the years, she married her husband, John, and held a variety of administrative and customer service positions. While proud of her accomplishments in those roles, Lana believes her greatest accomplishment is being a mother to her four children and seeing them become independent young adults.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending time in the sunshine and quiet mornings with coffee, Bible study, and exercise. A few rare things about her – she loves hunting for four-leaf clovers and sand dollars, and always stops to pick up pennies off the ground. What brings her the most joy in life is when her family is all back together at home.
