Peyton Hill

Peyton Hill is a Finance major at the University of Central Arkansas, currently interning at GenWealth’s Conway office. He first connected with GenWealth while searching for internship opportunities and was drawn to the company’s mission of helping clients achieve true financial independence.

Peyton brings a strong academic foundation, having worked with financial tools and software throughout his studies. At GenWealth, he’s eager to deepen his understanding of client relationships and learn how to deliver impactful, personalized financial plans. His favorite experience so far has been the annual team retreat, where he gained insight into GenWealth’s long-term vision and strategy.

What excites Peyton most about the financial industry is the opportunity to positively impact lives by helping people work toward financial freedom. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, cooking, playing intramural sports, and spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Motivated by staying busy and goal-oriented, Peyton thrives on balancing school, work, and personal passions. Looking ahead, he plans to pursue a career in finance and sees this internship as a key step in gaining not just technical knowledge, but also essential communication and relationship-building skills. His advice to fellow students: don’t hesitate to take initiative—sometimes the best opportunities come from simply reaching out.
