Carmen is a First Impressions Specialist and often one of the first voices to greet you when you call the GenWealth offices. After a warm greeting, she will direct your call to the team member that is best suited to help you. Carmen also assists team members on timely projects to ensure our clients continue to receive what we like to call the GenWealth experience.
Carmen is no stranger to moving from place to place. She is a self-described military brat who comes from a large family. As a young adult, Carmen moved from Maryland to Arkansas to attend college at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) for a degree in Human Resources.
Carmen met and married her husband, Gunner, here in Arkansas. The couple now make their home with their four fur babies—two cats and two dogs. Carmen enjoys spending time outdoors where she can practice her photography hobby, but she migrates indoors during winter to binge watch Netflix and Disney movies.
