Carmen Griffin

Carmen joined GenWealth in 2018 as a First Impressions Specialist. Often one of the first voices to greet you, Carmen assisted team members on timely projects to ensure our clients continued to receive what we like to call the GenWealth experience.

In 2024, Carmen transitioned into a new role as the Executive Assistant to John Shrewsbury and Janet Walker, where she plays a key role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring smooth operations.

Carmen is no stranger to moving from place to place. She is a self-described military brat who comes from a large family. As a young adult, Carmen moved from Maryland to Arkansas to attend college at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) for a degree in Human Resources.

Carmen met and married her husband, Gunner, here in Arkansas. The couple now make their home with their five fur babies—three dogs and two cats—and they recently welcomed their son, Archie, into their family. Carmen enjoys photography and spending time outdoors, but she migrates indoors during winter to binge-watch Netflix and Disney movies.
