Genwealth Financial Advisors has been named in Arkansas Business’ Best Places to Work 2021 list, and we couldn’t be more honored and grateful!
We’ve always known that we were building something special. Our company began with a vision to help our community realize their God-given financial purpose, bringing financial planning to everyone (not just those with a great deal of assets). With a small team and a big dream, we set off to help Central Arkansas work toward financial independence.
We had a clear vision of serving our clients with excellence, but we never could have quite anticipated where it would lead. 15 years later our team has grown to nearly 40 incredible people, and we’re still working for the same unified purpose. We’ve expanded across the Mid-South, and we get to come to work knowing the financial planning we offer has the potential to change lives.
It’s simple, really. We feel like that’s the “secret sauce” that allowed GenWealth to land on the Best Places to Work list. We don’t just say we’re different and go on our way being a quintessential financial firm; we prove our devotion to our purpose through the way we do business. Our team feels the difference. Our clients do, too. It’s not because we’re just the greatest thing since sliced bread (or maybe we are, but we’ll let you be the judge of that).
We’ll take some time to relish the honor of being one of the best places to work, but we’re also going to keep growing. In fact, we’re working on growing our team right now! We’re hiring for multiple positions, and you can click here to learn more about those opportunities.
Ultimately, our company has a lot to be proud of and a lot to be grateful for. To our team, thank you for making GenWealth more than just a business. To our clients, thank you for being the reason we love coming to work every morning. And to our team leaders, thank you for challenging us in the best ways, supporting our team, and leading with grace. We wouldn’t be where we are today without each of you, and we’re looking forward to where the next 15 years will take us.
