‘Tis the season for giving, and this year that seems to mean so much more.
The GenWealth team is incredibly thankful for the position we’re in to be able to give back. We had the awesome opportunity this holiday season to purchase toys for Project Zero, an Arkansas-based charity organization dedicated to promoting adoption through the foster care system and finding a forever family for every child who is waiting.
As part of Project Zero’s annual “Candyland Christmas” event, volunteers, churches, and corporate sponsors worked to fulfill 460 Christmas wish lists and make sure every local child in foster care who is waiting for adoption has a special Christmas! This year, the GenWealth team decided to pool our resources and go on a shopping spree to contribute to this special cause and had a wonderful time all around.
It’s been a hard year (we don’t have to tell you that). But, in spite of all it’s taken, 2020 has given us all a fresh perspective on what it actually means to give to those in need. If you’re in a position where you can give back, there really isn’t a better time than now. This year has also shown us just how much we have to be grateful for, and you are at the very top of the list!
