Dating way back to March of 2005, and before there was even a line in the budget for paper clips, Alisha Bailey began as GenWealth Financial Advisors’ first administrative assistant. Over the years, Alisha has served wherever needed. Today, she thoroughly enjoys her role as GenWealth Financial Advisors’ Director of Practice Development.  She oversees the day-to-day operation and develops processes to ensure we exceed your expectations. Alisha enjoys spending time with her family, western dancing with her husband, playing roller derby with her daughter, exploring the outdoors, reading, and taking in the arts.
