Our Financial Advisors are a hand-picked team of professionals who are passionate about helping our clients prepare for the future they deserve. Forget what you think you know about financial advisors (we know you’re probably picturing a corner-office-guy-in-a-suit right about now). We’re different, and we can prove it; we believe financial service is a public service, and that begins with education. From free educational events to no investment minimums (yes, really), our advisors genuinely care about helping our clients toward the next step of their financial journey, even if it’s the first.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Work with clients to build customized financial plans based on their individual situations
  • Make investment recommendations based on our clients best interest
  • Prospect for new clients through personal connections and networking
  • Learn from Executive Advisors about GenWealth’s strategy and utilize this in preparing financial plans
  • Communicate in a clear, timely, and effective manner with our Client Service Specialist team
  • Work alongside other advisors on client cases
  • Strive toward ambitious goals with determination

Skills to thrive in this role:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (including verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Adept understanding of numbers and financial concepts
  • Professional, reliable, and consistent work ethic
  • The heart of a teacher – willingness to educate clients and prospects about financial independence
  • Strong sense of self-awareness, coachable mindset, and motivation to make improvements
  • Ability to learn industry-specific software

Education Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 4+ years of financial industry experience
  • SIE licensure
  • Preferred but not required licenses
    • Series 7
    • Series 66
    • Health Insurance
    • Life Insurance
