We’re looking to grow our Administrative team!

At GenWealth, we prefer simple and direct. That’s why we decided to call our hybrid role of Receptionist and Administrative Processor “Client Service Specialist Plus (CSS+)” – because our CSS team is devoted to helping our clients in multiple ways (and we might be biased, but they’re really great at it). From assisting clients with initial account setup to answering questions along the way, Client Service Specialists get to walk with our clients throughout their journey at GenWealth. Simply and directly, our CSS team serves our clients!

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Greet guests and clients warmly and professionally
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
  • Provide support and monitoring on financial plans until they are fully implemented
  • Answer incoming phone calls, including service calls from clients, and assist with transactions or questions
    • Direct calls to appropriate team members when necessary
  • Take detailed notes to document calls and manage workflows in industry software
  • Sort, distribute, package, and/or send out mail in a timely manner
  • Maintain office cleanliness in all client-facing areas

Education Requirements:

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years of financial industry experience
  • Preferred but not required
    • SIE with Series 7 Top Off
    • Series 7
    • Series 66 (or equivalent)
    • Life Insurance
    • Health Insurance
